Dr. Monica Gray is an Assistant Professor at Lincoln University. She received her PhD in Civil & Environmental Engineering (Water Resources) and Masters of Public Health from the University of South Florida, Tampa. She also received a Masters in Biological Engineering from the University of Georgia, Athens and B.S. in Agricultural Engineering from the University of the West Indies, Trinidad. She is a seasoned Professional Engineer (PE) and educator who has traveled to, lived, studied and worked in various countries around the world.

Prior to her tenure at Lincoln, Dr. Gray managed the global curriculum portfolio for over one hundred twenty programs in sixteen countries at Arcadia University. She serves as an evaluator for the ABET, NSF's Graduate Research Fellowship Program, and the Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship. Dr. Gray has been instrumental in successfully developing and implementing study abroad opportunities  for undergraduate STEM students while internationalizing the curriculum through cooperation, consortia and curriculum integration.
