Haley Degitz

Haley Degitz is a first-generation sophomore at Robert Morris University majoring in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies. She is from New Castle, PA, and grew up with three siblings who always told her "she'd make a great lawyer because she loves to argue." It was not these comments that inspired Haley to pursue a career in law, but it was her passion. She discovered that she could apply her love of government and serving others to a career that includes both. At Robert Morris, she is a member of the Honors Program, the Pre-Law Society, the Student Government Association, and the RMU Civic Engagement Series. Haley hopes to enter the political world one day as a politician. Her areas of political interest include education and healthcare reform.
